 BEFORE TJ I……

After graduating from CSU, (GO RAMS!) I began teaching for Brighton School District 27J at Overland Trail Middle School. I really enjoyed working with the young and developing voices. After three awesome years, I moved on to the Western Slope of Colorado to Delta. I taught middle and high school music as well as running the musical program. Even though I loved the terrain and interesting differences of the music programs of the smaller-rural schools, I longed to be home! Since relocating back to the metro area, I’ve been happily working at TJ! Teaching choir and theatre has been an absolute blast.

When I’m not here at TJ, I can be found: adding to my vast houseplant collection, going to baseball games, walking my pup Riley, swimming, reading, Netflix, playing disc golf with my pops, hitting the gym for a good workout,  and planning trips/vacations!
